Reduce the length of all 62 compliance courses from 30-90 minutes down to just 15 minutes each. A significant reduction in course length needs to still maintain the quality and ensure learning objectives are met. The new 15-minute format needed to follow principles of accessible and effective adult learning.

To meet this challenge, the project team utilised tools like Articulate 360, Vyond, and Adobe CC to efficiently develop shortened 15-minute versions of each course. The courses focused on key learning objectives and utilised concise content, simplified messaging, interactive elements and multimedia to optimise the learner experience. Adult learning principles were incorporated and accessibility standards ensured the new courses met the needs of the diverse workforce.
