In an increasingly remote-focused world, sharing knowledge and enabling colleagues to learn principles of learning experience design can be difficult without in-person interactions. Developing engaging virtual training that teaches real skills is critical.
With this vILT program, colleagues across the organisation were able to build skills in learning experience design and development through interactive remote instruction. Participants gained hands-on practice with key tools for creating engaging digital learning experiences. The showcase events and peer feedback accelerated the learning and established community. Through this development program, we empowered our colleagues to become proficient learning designers even while working remotely.
