A single source of truth was developed to compile all available resources. The information was then converted into modules and vILT training making it accessible 24/7 to various professions and skill sets.

The creation of a centralised elearning platform enabled the organisations to efficiently share knowledge and upskill, despite limited resources. Staff could access targeted training  to adapt to the evolving pandemic response. Users were able to be deployed to necessary stations to deliver key info and perform their roles confidently and competently.
